what we did today

kristen, Jesse, and I were very brave and bundled up and ran 3 miles in the cold tonight. whats up people. whats up.

monday, i did an hour and a half of yoga. tuesday, i did an hour and a half of yoga. yesterday, i ran 3 miles. boom.
